Rinse FM is no joke to get to, from Dalston its a 20 minute taxi ride, then a train hop, and then a foot trek. Hidden away in a nondiscript building is London’s largest pirate station. Founded in 1994, Rinse provided a base for the emerging Jungle scene and went on to expose artists Dizzy Rascal, Wiley and Grime as a whole, to the rest of the world. The station still champions amazing music as evident by their current roster of DJs including Skream, Kode9, Alexander Nut, and Rusko.

When we were in London I made it down to Rinse FM with The Blend and met up with Alexander Nut.(Unfortunately Jams F. couldn’t make it cause he caught the itis and had to rest up before our show at Cargo that night.) This man has crazy record selection, I had to dig deep to find jams that could match and ended up pulling out a bunch of unreleased beats, remixes and mixtape ish.
